What is Soul Purpose Coaching?

Soul Purpose Coaching is the deep exploration of who you are and what lights you up. It pinpoints what holds you back, and how you can fully live your life. You can approach your dreams with the same unshakable belief of a child.

I work with you to see your life in its entirety. Your soul is the source of your energy and life force. In what areas of your life are you drained? Where are you lit the f*&% up? What would make your bad life good... your good life great? How can you tap into your inner knowledge and embody your soul's purpose?

I will work with you to create a blueprint of who you are. We will look at all areas of your life, then come up with actions to bring you back to the path of your purpose. We will work through limiting beliefs to break through blocks and overcome fears.

Embodiment Coaching is a powerful tool used to drop into the body's wisdom when facing challenges. With the use of visualizations, guided meditations, movement and insightful questions your own body can provide clarity. Embodiment Coaching is used in conjunction with Soul Purpose Coaching, but can also be a compelling tool on its own.

This can be very powerful for a a quick drop into the body to deal with an immediate issue that has arisen. It is also a gentle process for those who want to connect with their body and emotions after a period of time disassociating and disconnecting.
